Natural Gas Compression Recovery

Our company combined with the actual area of the project, demonstrated the gas components of the scattered venting natural gas, developed a natural gas compression mobile skid mounted equipment technology, applicable to a wide range, the formation of modular skid mounted product mix, multi-skid collocation, adjustable production capacity and to meet the needs of different gases, convenient for new construction, relocation, can be completed within 1 month after the arrival of the equipment, the installation of the overall device commissioning and delivery of the use of the device.

Process flow: CNG booster station is constructed at the wellhead of the scattered gas wells, where the natural gas has to be separated, regulated and stabilized, desulphurized, dehydrated, de-hydrocarbonized, and then pressurized by compressor to 25.0MPa before loading. According to the difference in the gas quality of the natural gas released from the scattered wells, the process of each pressurization station is slightly different.
